2006-2007 Koonsux Keeper LeagueSmokin w/Ricky - Mark
     Carl - Chad L. - Chad W. - Chris - Derrick
Joey - Jordan - Koon - Mark - Ray - Robbie - Sean

Here are the keeper rules for the upcoming season. You MUST keep at least 2 players on your team from your roster at the end of the year. These players replace your 1st and 2nd round pick.

You may also keep 2 additional players on your roster, a young keeper and (or) a low point keeper.

The young keeper has to be a player going into at most his 3rd year in the NFL. For this next season it will be anyone drafted in the 2004 or 2005 NFL Draft. This player replaces your 5th round pick.

The low point keeper is any player that averages less than 10 points a game. This is his average for the games he plays in. (Example Ricky joins the team and plays in 10 games scoring 110 points, He is therefore NOT ELIGIBLE because he averaged 11 points per game he played in) The player must play in at least 10 games to be eligible. Defenses and kickers are included. This player replaces your sixth round selection.

All keepers have to have been on your team for at least one week during the year, and you may not pick up a player that is already on IR and keep him.

You may only keep 3 RB's

Keeper Rules
Welcome from the Commish

Welcome to year 3 of the Koonsux Keeper League. When we first set out on this venture our plan was for a 3 year commitment from everyone and we are glad to see that we actually made it. The buy-in for the league this year will be $100. I will come up with a few ways that we can do payouts and we will vote on them during the draft. It will be a Live Draft again this year on Saturday, August 19th at 6pm. Keepers and draft order will be officially set one week prior to the draft on Saturday, August 12th. You can check out your team rosters to by clicking the links. They show you which players on your team are eligible to be kept. Check back around August when the annual power rankings will be released. Last year the power rankings accurately predicted ALL 4 teams in the playoffs and the league champion. As we expected Carl, your on the clock .........

Draft Order

Draft order has yet to be determined. To remind those that do not remember, draft order is chosen in order of last years record worst to first. The 2 teams that play in the Superbowl will have the 11th and 12th draft pick choice. Ties are broken by lowest points. The worst person can choose whatever pick they want 1-12, so if the person in last place thinks its more beneficial to choose later in the first round and have a higher second round pick then they can choose whichever pick they would like. Draft pick order is as follows. Picks in Bold have been decided on already.
